Fall Makeup Trends 2011

So like normal it's about time that everyone is starting to see what the beauty trends will be for fall this year. The ones that I'm most looking forward to are usually posted by allure, glamour and the runways themselves. So below are just a few of the ones I'm excited about!

1. Metallic Smoky Eyes

Colors by Urban Decay that would get the same results would be Half Baked, Gunmetal, Lounge, Mary Jane, Strip, Urb, Uzi, and S&M. and MAC shades that would get this look are Satin Taupe, Silver Ring, Swish, Seedy Pearl, Goldmine, Lucky Green, Humid and Electra.

2. Cat Eyes

Cat eyes are something that never really seems to go out of style honestly, It's that dark rimmed eye liner winged out.


Great eye liners to try for this kind of look are Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Perversion or MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack.


3. Dramatic Eye Lashes

Great Mascaras that could achieve this look would be Benefit Badgal or They're Real! Givenchy Phenomen’Eyes would also be great, and finally Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes!

4. Strong Brows

Strong brows have been on their way back in for a while now, and honestly I couldn't be happier, but it is an adjustment for those of us that used to destroy our brows, A great kit to help with getting your brows in shape for the fall is Beauty Express For Brows and Eyes by Anastasia.

5. Gold 

It really is just that simple gold makeup, eye shadow, lips, blush, and liner. Great gold makeup for each one would be MAC Gorgeous Gold or NARS Silent Night for eyes, Stila Banana Lip Glaze for lips, NARS Luster or Lovejoy for cheeks, and Make Up For Ever #1 in Diamond Gold for liner.

6. Pop of Color

Wardrobe colors this up coming season are going to be muted colors, but a bright pop of color on the lips or eyes is how we are doing color this season, from what I have been seeing from runway photos orange is the popular color, great orange eye shadows are MAC Coppering, Orange, and, Rule; for Urban Decay Jones, Free Love, and X.
